Job Description
We're looking for a Principal Engineer – Civil Brownfield to join our Sydney team.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across disciplines to deliver innovative brownfield solutions. As a technical expert and mentor, you'll play a key role in shaping our capability – leading projects, sharing your expertise, and guiding the next generation of engineers.
Your day-to-day will see you:
* The technical Lead on brownfield civil engineering projects.
* Providing technical expertise as a subject matter expert.
* Mentoring and supporting other engineers to grow their skills and confidence.
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.
* Collaborating with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to combine technical excellence, client engagement and mentoring, while growing a key capability for Egis.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in Brownfield Engineering.
* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and DBP Registered Design Practitioner.
* Strong technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
* Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
* Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
