SWS Rural Fencing – Field Based / Ever-changing Locations

We're looking for a motivated Rural Fence Installer to join our crew installing quality fencing across some of the most unique rural properties around.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with changing job sites, outdoor work in all weather, and plenty of variety. If you enjoy physical work, machinery, and being part of a solid team — you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
* Installing rural fencing (post & wire, gates, strainers, etc.)
* Using machinery to prepare fence lines and assist installation
* Working on properties ranging from farms to remote and unique rural blocks
* General labouring, loading/unloading materials, maintaining a clean worksite
* Learning and improving skills alongside experienced fencing installers
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in rural fencing installation and maintenance, preferably in a similar role
* Strong practical and manual skills, with the ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
* Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet client requirements
* Commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality workmanship
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as needed
