What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in an asphalt crew role
* Skilled in operating pavers, screeds, rollers, and skid steers
* HR Licence (desirable)
* White Card (mandatory)
* Cert II or III in Civil Construction or Civil Engineering (advantageous)
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
