Reporting to the Workshop Controller and Service Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading our apprentices and technicians, ensuring all work is carried out as per the manufacturer guidelines.
You will have exceptional organisational and leadership skills to ensure our technicians meet the needs of our servicing customers and the departments customer service targets and dealership KPI's.

* You will be a Technician looking to take the next step in your career.
* You will have strong customer service skills as you will be communicating with our servicing customers on service repairs.
* Ability to coach, mentor and supervise a team of qualified technicians.
* You will be the go to person for our apprentices and technicians for all technical assistance.
* You will manage your workshop efficiencies in accordance with set KPI's.
* You will communicate with the manufacturers technical support team to ensure correct diagnosis of vehicles.
* You will ensure that each repair order has supporting documentation for warranty compliance and all the paperwork is completed correctly prior to vehicle sign off.
* Ensure the highest standard of workmanship is coming out of your department.

* Liaising with MG servicing customers regarding repairs when required
* Assisting in all mechanical servicing and repairs to MG vehicles
* Diagnosing and Road Testing vehicles
* Liaising with the manufacturer on various repairs to MG vehicles

* Ability to liaise face-to-face with our servicing customers when required
* Ability to multi task
* Open Drivers Licence
* Previous experience working with the Honda or MG brands would be advantageous but not essential to apply.
Hours
* Monday to Friday, flexible on start time
* Saturday's as rostered
We are offering a very competitive hourly rate to coincide with industry experience.
