Role description
We are seeking expressions of interest from expert engineers to join our dynamic national resource pool in a casual this flexible role you will provide critical support for high-profile projects collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative solutions for Australias transport infrastructure. These roles will sit across all levels (outside of graduate) and cover these key Disciplines :
* Highway Engineers : Geometric and pavement design route selection traffic analysis safety assessments.
* Structural Engineers : Bridge and civil structure design load assessments technical specifications value engineering.
* Road Designers : Detailed and concept road design CAD / BIM modelling urban and rural alignments design compliance.
Role accountabilities
* Provide technical expertise during bid preparation and project delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop winning solutions.
* Contribute to technical documentation design reviews and value engineering.
* Support the delivery of major tenders and strategic pursuits nationwide.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and state engineering standards
Qualification & Experience
* Bachelors degree or higher in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline.
* Significant experience in highways roads or structural engineering.
* Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. Civil 3D OpenRoads MX Revit AutoCAD).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Registered or eligible for registration with Engineers Australia (CPEng or equivalent preferred).
* Ability to work flexibly (remotely and / or on-site as required).
* Demonstrated experience on Australian infrastructure / engineering projects
* Full Australian working rights
