Filenet & BAW Lead Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Filenet and BAW Lead Consultant with hands-on experience in technical design, development, solution consulting, architecting and roadmap definition. Troubleshoot and implement large and complex IBM Filenet and BAW solutions. Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must.
Location: Melbourne, Australia. Salary: AUD 150,742 - 171,215 Annual Gross.

Required Qualifications
1. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Melbourne, Australia or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within Australia.
2. Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
3. 12+ years of Information Technology experience.
4. 8+ years of hands-on technical experience with Filenet P8 and CMOD design, development, configuration and implementation.
5. Hands-on experience in solution design, architecting and consulting.
6. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
7. Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
8. Australia Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; sponsorship not available at this time.
Good to have skills: Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform, exposure to CI/CD.
Preferred Qualifications
9. 8+ years of experience with application development and support.
10. 4+ years of experience in roadmap definition and solution consulting.
11. Experience with Filenet Case Manager and ICN is a plus.
12. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical, business and management teams.
13. Experience managing a team size of 10+ is a plus.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
15. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
