As an Optical Assistant or Dispenser at Glenorchy Eyecare, you will be involved in every step of the patient journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with frame and lens selection, offering tailored eyewear solutions
• Interpreting prescriptions and providing advice on lens options and coatings
• Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles to ensure optimal comfort and vision
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting patient relationships
• Contributing to the smooth running of the practice, including administrative and retail tasks

• A diverse, loyal patient base – families, seniors, and those with complex needs
