About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Production & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Regency Park.
This is a varied role that combines production work (mixing, batching, packaging) with warehouse operations (forklift, dispatch, inventory).
You'll be working in a small, tight-knit team where no two days are the same.

Production
* Manufacture liquid fertilisers and stock feed blocks
* Operate mixing, pumping, and production equipment
* Decant liquids into various pack sizes
* Package and label finished goods
Warehouse & Dispatch
* Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
* Load/unload trucks and containers using a forklift
* Receive, store and manage incoming stock
* Maintain FIFO and accurate inventory records
Safety & Compliance
* Follow SOPs, SDS and all safety requirements
* Handle chemicals and dangerous goods safely
* Complete production and inventory records accurately
General Operations
* Clean equipment, tanks and IBCs
* Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
* Support basic maintenance of equipment
What You'll Need (Non-Negotiables)
* Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
* Physically fit (regular lifting up to 25kg)
* Experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments
* Minimum of 6 months experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments
* Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
* Ability to follow procedures and work unsupervised
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
Highly Regarded (Nice to Have)
* Experience handling bulk liquids, pumps and hoses
* Experience working with chemicals or dangerous goods
* Experience with ERP systems or inventory systems
* Stable, full-time role with consistent hours (Monday–Friday)
