Location: Berkeley Vale, Central coast, NSW
Job Description: As a Childcare educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care for children in our company childcare facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of the children under your supervision. Your duties will include:
* Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
* Implementing and conducting activities from the curriculum.
* Responding promptly and appropriately to children's needs and behaviour.
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and cleaning up throughout the day.
* Assisting with meal times, snacks, and nap times.
* Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their child's activities and well-being.
* Caring for children aged 0-5 during the school term and children aged 5-12 during school holidays.
Hours:
34 hours per week.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Certificate III Early Childhood Education & Care
* First Aid
* Working With Children Check
Preferred but not essential:
* Diploma
* Bachelor Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
