Job Title: Senior GTM Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and evolve the Go-to-Market (GTM) functions within our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
The role requires a strong collaborator management skill set, with the ability to influence across all levels and drive world-class outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of comprehensive GTM plans for presentation to senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales to ensure alignment on strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
* Manage the delivery into market and channel, tracking progress, guiding go/no-go decisions, and ensuring sales readiness.
* Act as a "segment champion" across all GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment strategy and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a marketing or project management role, ideally within telecommunications sectors.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
