Someone who will own marketing performance end-to-end, be the conduit between all moving parts, and bring campaigns, content, and results together with precision and energy.At Major Training Group, one of Queensland's leading Registered Training Organisations, you'll sit at the centre of the marketing engine — connecting our SEO and paid media partners, in-house social/video talent, and internal teams across the business.This is a hands-on role where you'll manage up, manage across, and make things happen.
You'll be in the detail, in the data, and in the delivery — owning marketing performance, not just executing tasks.What You'll Be DoingOwning the coordination and execution of all marketing activityDriving task delivery across internal teams, agencies, and suppliersUpdating and creating flyers, brochures, and marketing collateralManaging and optimising website content to ensure compliance and performanceInterviewing students/clients and producing ready to publish SEO blogs, PR pieces, and internal storiesSupporting PR efforts and distributing content via media platformsPlanning, scheduling, and repurposing content with our Social Media Coordinator/VideographerCreating EDMs for external monthly newsletters and sales promotionsCreating EDMs for internal quarterly newslettersSegmenting data to identify and maximise opportunitiesMapping out marketing touchpoints and implementing workflows to deliver quality leads to the sales teamReviewing and refining existing workflows to increase conversion potentialTracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performanceBuilding our CEO's LinkedIn profile, creating content and driving engagementBeing responsive to online enquiries and driving community engagement across socialsPerformance ExpectationsSuccess in this role will be measured by your ability to:Deliver quality, sales-ready leads to the internal sales teamImprove conversion rates through optimised workflows and touchpointsIncrease campaign ROI by tracking, analysing, and acting on performance dataEnsure data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing activityKeep projects on track, on brand, and on time — without constant supervisionWhat We're Looking For2–5 years in a marketing coordinator or similar roleStrong organisational skills with a love for numbers, performance tracking, and detailExcellent writing/editing skills, with confidence using AI to enhance contentExperience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS)Transparent communicator who works confidently with senior leaders, agencies, and internal teamsFamiliarity with HubSpot, Meta Business Manager, or Google tools (bonus)PR, social media, or digital advertising experience (bonus)Why Join Us?
