**About You**
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
- Able to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about growing your career and learning across different outlets
- Reliable, self-motivated, and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude
- Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Full working rights in Australia
**About the Role**
- Provide exceptional service to guests across a variety of F&B; settings, ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish
- Support Mini Bar operations, ensuring stock is maintained, presented, and delivered efficiently
- Assist with In-Room Dining (IRD) service, delivering orders promptly and with attention to detail
- Step in to support other F&B; outlets when business demands it, maintaining consistency in service standards
- Set up tables, event materials, and service areas while ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and responding to their service needs
- Follow all company and safety procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets at all times
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
