About the Role
You will work across the full spectrum of employment and workplace relations matters, including advising on:
* Employment contracts and policies
* Performance management and disciplinary matters
* Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations issues
* Unfair dismissal and general protections claims
* Disputes and regulatory exposure
* Restructures, redundancies and broader advisory work
This is a fantastic chance to build your technical skills while taking ownership of matters and developing strong client relationships. You'll be exposed to varied, high‐quality work for clients across corporate, government and not‐for‐profit sectors.
About You
We are seeking a lawyer who is:
* 2-3 years PQE in employment or workplace relations law
* Confident managing files with appropriate supervision
* A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
* Commercial, pragmatic and solutions‐focused in your approach
* Keen to contribute to a positive team culture and deliver exceptional client service
