Assist to coordinate our remote catering teams to deliver consistent, high-quality food service whilst maintaining and building a strong and collaborative safety culture.

Who are we looking for?
Looking for passionate Sous Chef's with a drive for leadership and excellent customer service. To be successful, you'll need:
* Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
* Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP
* Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
* You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
