Performance Media Professional
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Performance Media Professional to join our team. This role involves supporting the Performance Account Manager on the Stockland account, focusing on delivering exceptional value through an integrated service model tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media channels.
* Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to track key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
* Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and creative elements to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.
* Strategy Development: Develop data-driven media strategies to maximize the effectiveness of advertising efforts and align with overall business goals.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy implementation.
* Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements
* Campaign Execution and Optimization: Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels such as paid social and paid search.
* Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure campaigns align with their business goals and provide updates on performance.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet agreed-upon KPIs and make necessary adjustments.
* Media Planning: Develop and execute media plans that align with performance objectives and industry trends.
* Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings, highlighting campaign performance and insights.
* Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with senior team members to capitalize on them.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administration of client accounts, including invoicing, timing plans, and other related tasks.
Experience and Skills
* Minimum 1-3 years' experience in SEM/performance media.
* Excellent grasp of performance media planning & activation.
* Working knowledge of Google paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360), the Microsoft Advertising platform, as well as key industry SEM tools and key analytics platforms e.g. Google Analytics/GA360.
* Working knowledge of Paid Social platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve problems as they arise and escalate issues when necessary.
* Analytical skills, with the ability to confidently analyze data and write compelling insights.
* Attention to detail and clarity are essential, with all tasks needing to be completed with 100% accuracy.
* The ability to contribute positively to agency culture and meetings.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and construct well-substantiated performance media strategies.
