* Livestock Skills Development - Acquire expertise in next-generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health, nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical requirements, and emerging technology.
* Placement Mobility - After completing the 24-month program, you can move locations and continue your growth with our organization.
Requirements:
* Year 12 Completion - A successful completion of secondary education is a prerequisite.
* Prior Work Experience - At least 24 months of work experience in the Agricultural industry, preferably in Livestock, is ideal.
* Relocation Flexibility - Willingness to relocate at the program's conclusion or during its duration is essential.
* Citizenship or Residency - Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency is required.
* Vaccination Compliance - Be vaccinated against Q Fever or willing to receive the vaccination.
* Teamwork Ability - Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Livestock Industry Interest - Genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the Livestock industry.
