We are seeking a skilled Fuel Transportation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely loading, transporting and unloading bulk petroleum products at various locations.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. As a Fuel Transportation Specialist, you will be working closely with our logistics team to ensure that all fuel deliveries are made efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Loading, transporting and unloading bulk petroleum products in a safe and professional manner.
* Driving multiple vehicles, including single, b-double and road-train combinations.
* Maintaining accurate records of fuel delivery using an in-cab electronic device.
* Performing pre-start checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
* Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory policies and procedures.
* Conducting daily inspections to ensure fleet cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A current Heavy Vehicle License.
* Experience in driving heavy vehicles and operating equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to lift and move heavy loads.
