We service some of Australia's best and buzziest eCommerce brands across beauty, fashion and lifestyle, such as MECCA, Millie Savage, NALA, Your Reformer, Funday Sweets and more. We're proud of who we are and the work we do for our clients; our brand identity is sacred, and we've spent the last 9+ years building it with a team of tenacious and passionate women at the helm.

The role
This brand-new role is a rare chance to work side-by-side with the Founder & CEO of one of Australia's leading agencies in beauty, lifestyle, fashion and retail.
As Brand Marketing Manager, you'll own the Marketing and Brand function across all Chain Social brands, driving our digital presence, leading strategy, and making an impact across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest. From brand strategy and PR to events and lead generation, you'll be at the heart of bringing our brand to life.
You'll shape our personality through bold storytelling and compelling campaigns across every touchpoint - socials, websites, events and beyond. With oversight of Chain Social, Chain Academy and our Directors' personal brand, you'll spark creative ideas, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver content-led experiences that cement Chain as Australia's go-to agency for beauty, fashion and lifestyle.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Brand strategy:
Own and champion the Chain Social brand, leading strategy, creative and campaigns to ensure consistent brand DNA, market positioning and cross-functional execution.
* Content Development & Creative Collaboration
: Drive the creation and delivery of content across social, digital, and email channels, collaborating with creatives to produce impactful assets and manage content workflows.
* PR, Communications & Events
: Lead communications and media initiatives, whilst supporting events, to build brand awareness and relevance, ensuring messaging is consistent and activations are on-brand.
* Lead Generation & Pipeline Suppor
t: Partner with internal teams to build and nurture a strong pipeline, creating campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support business development goals.
The ideal candidate
You're a brand-obsessed creative with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for bringing big ideas to life. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt in brand or agency roles (bonus points if that's in beauty, lifestyle, or retail), you know your way around Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, and maybe even Klaviyo. You're equally comfortable developing a killer content plan, briefing creatives, or jumping in to finesse the perfect tone of voice.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects with ease and always keeping a finger on the pulse of what's trending in the social and digital space. Canva is second nature, copywriting feels like a superpower, and you're all about making campaigns not just look good, but

Above all, you're proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused, someone who loves teaming up with others to deliver standout brand moments, but can also self-manage like a boss.
