About the role
Support cultural planning for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander young people in out of home care. Lead Cultural Support Plans, guide teams, and ensure culturally safe, compliant practice across services. Partner with communities to strengthen outcomes.

Duties
* Lead Cultural Support Plan design and delivery, ensuring Aboriginal voices, lived experience and cultural knowledge underpin the support we provide to young people
* Review outcomes and guide service teams by providing ongoing cultural supervision and support to our staff
* Support culturally grounded, trauma informed approaches that strengthen young people's connection to culture, Country and community
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Elders, ACCOs and community partners
Skills & Experience
* Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
* Experience in cultural planning or community services
* Knowledge of Child Placement Principles
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Relevant checks, licence, and registrations
