Senior Educator at Goodstart leads a room and a team of dedicated educators, delivering high‐quality early childhood programs and collaborating with leadership to continuously improve teaching practices, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.
Responsibilities
* Take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated educators.
* Deliver exceptional educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Ensure safety and inclusivity for all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their needs.

* Pay: Between $39.85 and $41.05 per hour plus super, with at least 5% above award rate.

Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
