Downer Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaArea Works Supervisor — join our Government and Infrastructure Management team to support the effective delivery of works and services, including the management of subcontractor performance.
What You'll Do
Develop project scopes of work that meet client standards and deliver projects within budget, on time and to required quality.
Plan and coordinate daily project delivery tasks, including scoping of vacant properties and coordination with subcontractors.
Ensure quality of work meets contractual requirements, company standards and client expectations.
Meet and exceed relevant contractual KPIs.
Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for client enquiries, striving to surpass expectations.
What You'll Bring
Construction White Card.
Relevant qualification or experience in Project Management, Property Maintenance or as a qualified trades professional (highly desirable).
Solid experience managing and delivering planned works programmes in a similar role and/or industry.
Experience delivering contracts using an outsourced service model.
Skilled in managing, monitoring and evaluating subcontractor performance.
Experience in building and construction management.
