Our Expectations

1. You will undertake risk assessments for complex tasks in conjunction with internal and external teams to develop effective strategies for minimizing workplace injuries.
2. Support managers and supervise activities to foster a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
3. Manage a small team of HSEQ Advisors in partnership with the Regional HSEQ Manager.
4. Travel throughout the designated regions to support project requirements and collaborate with the HSEQ team.
5. Implement and maintain the organization's safety management system, ensuring compliance with business, client, and legislative requirements.
6. Conduct thorough incident investigations and facilitate the sharing of lessons learned to improve safety performance.
