Hunter Manning has partnered with a growing corporate finance advisory team in Perth to recruit a talented Associate (1–4 years' experience, level dependent on experience and team fit).
This expanding team works on M&A, capital raisings, and corporate advisory projects for private and public companies. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience on meaningful transactions and strategic client engagements.
About the Role
You'll be involved in all aspects of transaction support and advisory, working closely with senior advisors to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. This is a dynamic role suited to a strategic thinker who can connect financial analysis to real-world business decisions and thrives in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain financial models and valuations to support M&A and capital raising transactions
* Prepare client presentations, reports, and investment materials
* Support due diligence and transaction execution, liaising with clients, legal, and other advisors
* Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and company performance to identify opportunities and risks
* Assist in strategic advisory projects, providing insights and recommendations for client decisions
About You
* 1–4 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate advisory
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, or a related field
* Strong academic record
* Curious, motivated, and ready to learn
* Genuine interest in corporate finance, M&A, and the markets
* Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work collaboratively and contribute to transactions
