Role Description
This is a part‐time hybrid role based in Brisbane, QLD, allowing for a mix of on‐site work and some work‐from‐home flexibility. The Lighting Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting decorative outdoor lighting systems. Daily tasks include performing cabling work, inspecting and testing installations, ensuring safety compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves clear communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues preemptively or reactively.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution for lighting systems and electrical setups.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
* Experience with cabling and installation of various lighting systems, ensuring accuracy and safety.
* Customer service experience, including addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
* Ability to work independently, with great attention to detail and time management skills.
* Basic knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical systems and outdoor installations.
* Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for traveling to installation sites.
