About The Role
The position will work closely with the District Manager to: Establish clear communication channels for service planning and performance monitoring.
Ensure resource allocation and workforce planning align with service needs.
Embed reflective practice and clinical governance across the team.
Monitor compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
Keep Them Safe: A Shared Approach to Child Wellbeing, this NSW Government initiative emphasizes interagency collaboration and early intervention. Building and sustaining partnerships with NGOs, Aboriginal organisations, education, and justice sectors.
Promoting shared responsibility for child protection across services. Enhancing local capacity to support vulnerable families before crisis points.
NSW Health Child Safe Action Plan. This Plan Operationalizes The Child Safe Standards Under The Children's Guardian Act **** Key Strategies Include
Raising awareness of child safety across health services.
Building staff capability to implement child-safe practices.
Involving children and families in decision-making processes.
Using self-assessment tools to evaluate readiness and compliance.
