Job Description
Due to ongoing growth and future opportunities within our Real Estate Management Services team, Colliers is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Industrial Property Managers.
This position, located in the Colliers Brisbane corporate office, offers the chance to contribute to a high‐performing, collaborative team where you'll be supported, empowered, and challenged to deliver your best. You will play a key role in the day‐to‐day management of a diverse industrial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high‐quality service to both landlords and tenants
* Preparing monthly management and financial reports across all properties
* Managing rent reviews, lease expiries, and associated documentation
* Coordinating work orders and monitoring the completion of maintenance and repairs
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' experience managing commercial or industrial assets
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A commitment to compliance, legislative requirements, and industry best practice
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* A current QLD Real Estate Certificate
