As a Tutoring Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our centres, ensuring consistency in quality and performance. This includes delivering and facilitating staff training sessions, conducting academic assessments, and maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage centre operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
* Develop and implement training programs for staff, focusing on skills development and company standards
* Conduct regular academic assessments to identify student needs and track progress with parents
* Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere for students and staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration
* Communicate regularly with HQ, providing feedback on business operations and systems, and suggesting improvements
Remuneration: $30-$34 per hour + Super
