Residential Care Carer – Casual, Nowra. Join RSL LifeCare's aged care homes and support veterans and seniors through compassionate, person‐centred care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents and families to provide personal care.
• Deliver quality, timely, effective care aligned with each resident's unique needs and care plans.
• Encourage wellbeing, independence, and engagement in preferred activities.
• Apply a person‐centred approach, recognising and promoting individual goals and preferences.
• Participate in risk management, continuous quality improvement and safe medication handling.
• Build strong, productive relationships with team members to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy toward residents and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
• Ability to optimise technology use in daily tasks.
• Experience in individual support, aged care or related work is beneficial.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Valid Police Check or NDIS Check required before commencing employment. Clearances verified prior to start.
