What this job involves
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to join our RESIpm team. In the role, you will work collaboratively within the team across complex mixed‐use strata assets.
A snapshot of the role
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
* Manage multiple buildings within the precinct
* Ensure common property areas and shared facilities are kept in exceptional presentation
* Provide superior levels of customer service
* Opportunity for leadership role
What we're looking for
* Experience in facilities management or building operations and/or complex mixed‐use projects.
* Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded.
* Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisational, and close attention to detail.
