We're looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team in Townsville.

What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things parts.
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering the right parts to the right people – fast, friendly, and fuss-free
Accurately receipting stock in and out, resolving inventory issues, and supporting stocktakes
Logging all sales (including lost sales) in CDK with precision and care
Keeping the retail floor clean, organised, and looking sharp
Tracking down those hard-to-find parts using your initiative and product smarts
Following best practices for receiving, storing, and shipping to keep everything running smoothly
Providing expert advice and support to customers and internal teams
Championing safety, innovation, and continuous improvement every step of the way
What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
Knows your way around mechanical and technical lingo and can explain it clearly
Has experience with parts systems like CDK and is confident using digital tools
Stays organised, meets deadlines, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Delivers standout customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude
Works independently, takes initiative, and holds yourself to high standards
Is safety-conscious, solutions-focused, and always looking to grow
Brings a team-first mindset and a drive to get results
