What You'll Be Doing
* Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of heavy equipment
* Accurately record all work completed, including parts used and time taken
* Keep the workshop tidy and take care of tools, machines and equipment
* Work closely with the team and customers to identify service needs and provide solutions
* Follow all safety procedures and represent the company professionally on-site
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Look For someone who:
* Hands‐on experience with heavy diesel equipment, including major repairs and overhauls
* Strong diagnostic skills in electrical, hydraulic and IT systems
* Great communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
* Valid driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
This role requires specific certifications or licenses; we'll request them later in the recruitment process.
