Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
* Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and public enquiries
* Manage the service email inbox and process incoming and outgoing mail
* Oversee accurate data entry and record-keeping
* Maintain and manage both electronic and physical records
* Record and track maintenance requests
* Coordinate the booking system for resources as needed
Qualifications
* You're organised, efficient, and confident managing multiple tasks at once
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* You thrive in a team environment and are always willing to lend a hand
* You are confident working with databases, Microsoft Office, and internal systems
* Experience in a healthcare or community service setting is an advantage
