Responsibilities
* Operate mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engage in general hand-labouring tasks.
* Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a secure setting.
* Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment.
* Maintain company trucks and plant equipment.
* Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred).
* Solid commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus.
* General Construction Induction Card.
* Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded).
* Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
* Availability to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required.
