THE ROLE Monitor CCTV, alarms, and electronic systems to maintain real-time oversight of hospital activity.
Coordinate with security staff and emergency teams during incidents, giving clear and timely direction.
Keep accurate records of security events, system checks, and daily activities.
Support emergency response by providing fast, reliable information and coordination.
THE PERSON Certificate II Security Operations mandatory (CPP*****) or higher.
Confident using CCTV and security control room systems.
Strong situational awareness, calm under pressure, and fast decision-making.
Clear, assertive communication and ability to follow security procedures.
