About The Role Customer Development Managers (CDMs) report to a Channel Manager, and work closely alongside NAPA Branch Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers within their territory. With a sales focus, they work to proactively find solutions to customer problems and are responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of their territory.

Duties Include

1. Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs
