About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Information Management Officer. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of data systems – from taxi booking platforms and payment gateways to customer and driver databases.
* Ensure compliance with Australian data protection laws across all passenger, driver, and payment data.
* Implement and maintain robust data security measures for sensitive information including credit card details, GPS data, and personal identifiers.
* Conduct system audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
* Manage integration between taxi booking systems, payment platforms, and customer databases.
* Oversee data migrations, upgrades, and system enhancements to improve service reliability and user experience.
* Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to align system functionality with operational needs.
* Produce analytical reports on ride volume, payment trends, and driver performance for management decision-making.
* Prepare technical documentation and conduct training for staff and drivers.
* Support system rollouts, user testing (UAT), and change management processes.
