Role
Joining our Partnerships and DEI team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant – Partnerships and DEI, you'll ensure a collaborative, inclusive culture, and be backed by supportive leaders who are genuinely invested in your success. In this role, you'll help shape fair and inclusive hiring experiences and drive meaningful change by:
 * Supporting inclusive hiring strategies with a strong focus on disability inclusion
 * Coordinating candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
 * Building and maintaining partnerships with community providers and job service agencies
 * Facilitating engagement sessions, provider events, and careers expos
 * Tracking and reporting on DEI recruitment outcomes and wage subsidy initiatives
 * Promoting Serco's values as a visible ambassador for inclusive hiring
Please note: This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

 * Experience in talent acquisition, particularly working with diverse candidates and job service providers
 * Strong communication and relationship management skills
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and work towards KPIs

 * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
