Bright Steps Academy Chiton (Victor Harbor) is opening a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre catering for 0-6 years old - and we're looking for an Assistant Director to join our founding team.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the culture of a new centre, inspire educators, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director in daily operations and team management
* Assist with enrolments, compliance, and reporting
* Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality programs
* Build and maintain strong family and community connections
About You
* Experience in a leadership or senior educator role within Early Childhood Education (Centre Director: 2+ years preferred)
* ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
* Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
* A genuine passion for inspiring people and delivering exceptional care
* Collaborative and people-focused approach
