Appointments are for fixed terms, with a modest stipend. The Board meets regularly to fulfil its governance responsibilities, typically at least ten (10) times per year, with additional meetings convened as required. Meetings may be held in person, online, or in a hybrid format to support accessibility, participation, and efficiency.Who We're Looking For Do you share our values?
