As an administrative professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Support senior management in business operations by aligning with internal policies and procedures.
* Manage the office environment, maintaining a presentable space and ensuring adequate supplies are on hand.
* Liaise with external suppliers, including building management and cleaning services.
* Assist the finance team with invoicing, bill reconciliation, and employee expenses.
* Arrange travel and accommodation for team members as needed.
* Provide diary management support, setting up meetings and agendas.
* Collaborate with HR to facilitate new employee onboarding, equipment setup, and office induction.
* Perform first aid and fire warden duties as required.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for IT queries and manage SharePoint access.
* Handle general office procurement and assist in implementing our Integrated Management System.

* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or progress towards one.
* Professional development through event attendance and relevant certifications.
* Three years of experience in office administration.
* Strong technical report and presentation writing skills.
* Advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
