**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately maintained
- Process payments, handle transactions, and manage invoicing where required
- Assist with managing the clinic's appointment schedule
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming
**Requirements**:
- A genuine love for animals and a compassionate attitude towards pet owners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Previous veterinary nursing experience or experience in a veterinary receptionist role is preferred but not essential.
