Our team provides a wide range of support services and delivers complex care across various settings, including home care, residential, community and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
Your Role
* Provide high-quality support services and safeguard our participants' rights, focusing on skill and capacity building to promote independence and confidence for meaningful social inclusion.
* Support our participants in achieving their goals by building on individual strengths and capabilities.
* 24-hour complex supports
* Supported Independent living
* Community access and transport
* Domestic and Personal care
The working hours vary and may include weekday shifts, evening and weekend shifts. Additional pay rates apply on weekends, public holidays, after 8pm and after midnight.
About You
* A passionate, reliable and experienced disability support worker, you will have experience providing quality care services, implementing behaviour strategies and building strong relationships with participants.
* Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 12 months of experience.
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Employee Working with Children Check.
* Valid driver's licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desired).
