You will leverage your expertise in video editing and performance marketing to deliver UGC-style ads that capture attention, communicate product benefits, and maximize conversions. Responsibilities
* Produce multiple short-form video ads (15–30 seconds) tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
* Develop compelling hooks and benefit-driven messaging to maximize scroll-stopping power
* Edit and optimize UGC-style creatives for high retention and engagement
* Collaborate on creative direction and iterate based on performance data
* Ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications and brand guidelines
Qualifications
* Proven experience creating and editing short-form video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
* Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and paid social best practices
* Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
* Ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks and communicate product benefits clearly
* Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook ad formats and trends
