About the Role 
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This full-time role will see you working across a range of bespoke joinery projects, delivering custom cabinetry and high-end finishes that exceed client expectations. 
Key Responsibilities 
Manufacture custom cabinets, built-in furniture, and joinery to client specifications. 
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD plans, and design specifications. 
Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws, edge banders, and CNC equipment. 
Assemble, laminate, and finish cabinetry components with precision and care. 
Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our high standards. 
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment. 
Collaborate with our team to deliver projects on time and to specification. 
What We’re Looking For 
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery (Cert III) or equivalent industry experience. 
Minimum 2 years’ experience in cabinetry or joinery (commercial and/or residential). 
Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, tools, and processes. 
Ability to work from detailed drawings with excellent attention to detail. 
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. 
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
