Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will represent the entire range of ELMO products, offering strategic solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for developing and growing new business opportunities for our extensive suite of HR & Payroll software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop clear strategies for value generation and achieving quarterly revenue targets.
* Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, demonstrations, proposals, and closing deals.
* Strategically consult with key client stakeholders to understand required organisational outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of lead generation and opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
* Collaborate with Lead Generation, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing teams to maximise contract value and support initiatives.
* Identify and pursue value generation opportunities specifically within the mid‐market space.
Desired Skills and Experience
* At least 4 years of experience achieving targets in B2B software sales to clients with approximately 100–2,000 employees.
* At least 3 years of demonstrated sales experience within the technology industry, preferably HR/Payroll technology.
* Strong understanding of the software/technology sales cycle.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) suited for a wide range of stakeholders.
* Self‐starter mindset with a strong ability to prospect for new business via relevant channels.
* Knowledge of Information Security and Data Integrity Standards and Protocols.
* Highly motivated to achieve targets and earn a high income.
