Hudson has partnered with a large government agency and is seeking customer service professionals to join their contact centre.
In the role you will provide high quality generalist service to customers' enquiries in a courteous, accurate and effective manner and complete the ad-hoc admin duties required.
**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Assist with customers' enquiries and provide resolution
- Create a positive customer interaction, maintaining a professional and friendly manner
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of operating practices and procedures
- 2-3 years Customer Service experience (Call Centre, retail, reception)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Can work as part of a team
- Clear Police Check
- Full time working rights
Full training will be provided.
**The successful contractors will be working on a 7am-10pm rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.**
The successful contractors will be placed on a 2 week rotating roster - they will work the same shift for a 4 week period and will then transition to anther sift.
They will never work the same shift for 2 consecutive rosters.
This position may transition to work from home after the training period.
