Job Description:

* Provide evidence-based senior social work services to consumers/carers within the clinical specialty area.

* Conduct advanced-level social work assessments, interventions, and evaluations for complex and general caseloads.

* Prioritize and delegate duties for own caseload and supervised caregivers.
">
* Contribute to the evaluation of the social work service and clinical specialty to ensure continuous improvement.
">
* Maintain effective multidisciplinary teamwork through professional communication and liaison with colleagues, consumers/carers, and service providers.
">
* Ensure the maintenance of appropriate clinical documentation and information systems.
">

1. Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and initiate quality improvement activities.

2. Undertake professional supervision and mentor junior staff.
">
3. Support the development of innovative clinical practices.
">
4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the social work service.

5. Participate in teaching, training, and research activities.
">
6. SUPERVISE STUDENTS AND MENTOR JUNIOR CAREGIVERS

7. Demonstrate reflective practice and commitment to ongoing professional development.

About You:
">
">
* You will have senior clinical experience and leadership in a specialized area of practice within a healthcare setting.
">
* You will be able to undertake professional supervision and/or mentor junior staff.
">
* You will have the ability to develop evidence-based, innovative clinical practices and initiate quality improvement activities.
">
* You will have tertiary qualifications in Social Work and be eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Work and eligible for Mental Health credentialing.
">
* You must be eligible for a Medicare provider number.
">
* You must commit to patient care and support the organization's Mission and Values.

* A salary range of $92,652 to $110,805 plus 11.5% superannuation.

* A permanent part-time working arrangement of 22.5 hours per week.
