Operations Coordinator
We have an opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our highly regarded Property Management team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Victoria team, coordinating key administrative processes and maintaining operational effectiveness through the generation of quality business data and analytics.
About the role
Operational Process Management and Optimisation: This includes managing and updating business unit processes, supporting the review and optimisation of functions, and ensuring consistency in processes, scopes, pricing, and standards.
Team and Stakeholder Coordination & Support: Responsibilities extend to coordinating team meetings, Community of Practice and Town Halls, supporting the development of training packages, and assisting in managing partnerships and procurement.
Financial and Administrative Management: The role handles core administrative duties such as managing accounts receivable, invoicing, assisting with budgets and forecasts, reviewing P&L, and managing headcount and labor cost allocation.
Data Operations and Performance Tracking: This encompasses ensuring contractual and management data is current, managing the new business pipeline on Salesforce, coordinating team KPIs, tracking performance, and administering new starter onboarding.
About you
* Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
* Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
