**Job Title**: Housekeeping Attendant

**Purpose**:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Housekeeping department. You'll impress our guests by keeping our rooms exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a keen eye for detail. In addition to your cleaning duties, you'll work collaboratively with your team and provide assistance to guests as needed. Your dedication will help create memorable and outstanding experiences for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Room Cleaning**: Perform comprehensive cleaning of all areas within guest rooms, including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, to ensure a top-notch first impression.
- **Maintain Cleanliness Standards**: Follow established guidelines meticulously to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and room presentation.
- **Use of Cleaning Products**: Handle cleaning products responsibly and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Protect Guest Privacy**: Maintain our commitment to guest privacy and security, ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their stay.
- **Report Maintenance Issues**: Quickly identify and report any maintenance problems, showing your commitment to providing a flawless guest experience.
**Skills and Experience**:
- **Previous Experience**: Experience as a cleaner or room attendant is preferred 4 stars and 5 stars experience as bonus
- **Communication**: You have a friendly and approachable communication style that makes guests and team members feel welcome.
- **Attention to Detail**: You possess a solid attention to detail, manage your time effectively, and take pride in your work.
- **Physical Endurance**: You enjoy active roles and are comfortable moving between rooms, including using staircases and open pathways.
- **Teamwork**: You work well with colleagues from different backgrounds and contribute positively to the team.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work at least 3 weekdays
