Talent Acquisition Specialist
12 Month Fixed-term contract
$100,000 to $120,000 + super + bonus
Sydney Olympic Park + work from home- Hybrid - 1 day
We are working with a well‐established, fast‐paced organisation looking for a driven and personable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People and Culture team. This is a business that moves quickly, values its people, and understands that great hiring is at the heart of great performance.

What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with heads of department to understand staffing needs and manage requirements from brief to hire
* Write compelling position descriptions and job advertisements that attract the right talent
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, offers and candidate feedback
* Manage and grow a talent pool to support proactive hiring
* Produce accurate letters of offer and all associated onboarding documentation
* Support the onboarding program, including induction coordination, internal communications and organisational chart updates
* Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reporting and maintain accurate tracking records
* Act as the primary point of contact for external employment enquiries
* Contribute to People and Culture initiatives, projects and general team support as required
About You
You are a recruiter who takes pride in doing things properly, communicating clearly and delivering a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
* 1 to 2 years of end‐to‐end recruitment experience, either in‐house or agency side
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities without dropping the ball
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Organised, proactive and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
* Resilient and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to learning and growing
* High emotional intelligence and strong active listening skills
* A vibrant, engaged personality that brings energy to the team
