An exciting opportunity has become available for a Leasing Consultant to join our Eastern Suburbs team. You'll receive hands on training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to grow your career within a well established business.
About the Role:
* Advertising and leasing of residential properties
* Conducting and managing open inspections
* Managing the end-to-end leasing process, from enquiry through to lease documentation
* Supporting the Property Management team as required
* Utilising internal systems to ensure a smooth experience for tenants and landlords
* Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance, improvements, and inspections
* Monday to Saturday role, with a weekday off
About You:
* Hold a Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate
* Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Strong customer service focus with a professional and positive approach
* Organised, proactive and ready to take the next step in your real estate career
